Dr. Cara Schantz is a native of Northern Virginia; born and raised in McLean. She earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia and then went on to complete her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. Dr. Clarissa Bellard
Dr. Clarissa Bellard was born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil where she earned her degree in dentistry from the Universidade Paulista. She continued her education at Northside Medical Center in Youngstown OH, in a General Practice Residency in 2007, and in 2008 she served as chief resident in the program. She relocated from Cleveland, OH to Fredericksburg, VA where she has been practicing dentistry since 2008. Read More.
Dr. Vincent Coviello

Dr Coviello was born in Columbus, Ohio and grew up in Silver Spring Maryland. He received his undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology & Genetics from the University of Maryland. He was then granted fellowship from the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation to conduct research at the National Center for Human Genome Research, NIH. Karina Ventura
Karina is a native Washingtonian who's been the face of our front office since 2009. She enjoys helping patients understand their insurance benefits and helping them schedule their appointments. Karina is bilingual (fluent in both English and Spanish), and in her spare times enjoys her family, reading, and cooking.
Ana Maria Hinojosa
Ana Maria was born and educated in Bolivia, where she received a Banking degree. In 2000, she moved with her family to the United States. For 8 years, Ana Maria has been working as a Dental Assistant, and has worked in several specialized fields of dentistry. She also enjoys reading, music, and working in her garden.
Rashaun Bennett
Rashaun grew up in South Florida, where she attended USF and met her husband. His job with the Marine Corp recently relocated their family from Camp Lejeune, NC to the DC area. Rashaun received her dental assistant training from the US Navy's 2D Dent Batallation in 2010. Since she's new to the area, Rashaun enjoys getting out and exploring DC with her family and children.
