She earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia and then went on to complete her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. Dr Coviello was born in Columbus, Ohio and grew up in Silver Spring Maryland. He received his undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology & Genetics from the University of Maryland. He was then granted fellowship from the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation to conduct research at the National Center for Human Genome Research, NIH. Dr. Cowell grew up in the suburbs of Toronto and received her undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Western Ontario. She recieved her Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, where she was providing quality dental care in a private practice before recently moving to Virginia. Karina is a native Washingtonian who's been the face of our front office since 2009. She enjoys helping patients understand their insurance benefits and helping them schedule their appointments. Karina is bilingual (fluent in both English and Spanish), and in her spare times enjoys her family, reading, and cooking.
Tanya is a dental assistant with 4 years of experience in the dental field, and is currently in school pursuing a career in science. Her hobbies include running, writing, and interior design. Tanya is also an active community mentor and volunteer, and truly enjoys helping others.
Courtney is a front desk receptionist, who has been working in the dental field for a little over a year. She enjoys helping patients and putting smiles on their faces. She is planning on obtaining a degree in Mortuary Science "I think it's fascinating how the human body develops the whole anatomy and physiology aspects". In Courtney's free time she enjoys spending time with her amazing 3 year old daughter including family and friends.
